“Virat was unbelievable in helping me out at RCB,” Bethell said. “For someone of his stature to take the time to speak to a young guy like me, it meant a lot. He offered tips on mental preparation, staying focused under pressure, and even worked with me on small technical things in the nets.”
Despite limited on-field opportunities during the tournament, Bethell cherished the learning experience, especially in understanding the demands of elite cricket. Kohli, known for his intensity and dedication, often guided Bethell during practice sessions, emphasizing the importance of work ethic and belief.
